CREATING THE MOON FIGURE

Starting this painting i thought to myself that there should not be too much detail but a very effective understanding. I was trying to make sure that the symbolic idea, which is conveyed in all my paintings should not be left out.

Using a different blue pigment for this canvas, i decided that this would be the odd one among all the others. Firstly i began with a sketch which guided me to make the right brush techniques as i moved further to paint the sky. Later on i began blending with white to make the sky appear far. Then i focused on the moon using a stippling technique i was able to blend in my "YELLOW OCHER" and "BURNT UMBER" along side with "WHITE"

This colours are similar colours i used in making my moon stand out in all my previous paintings.

Furthermore, i worked on the clouds to give it a dreamy effect. Although i would be honest that i may have not liked the idea of using the technique of stippling to make my clouds, i still enjoyed the ending process as i began dropping white paint dot all over the sky region.

THE MOON FIGURE
Ending the moon figure was a measure made to bring the Faceless Woman to a reality because the moon effect brings that dream effect as she bends her neck thinking of the future.

THE FUTURE
I later decided to name this project together  as the future because it was a good example of how things would be questioned in the future. In most cases it would result in finding no one because the true problem would always remain faceless. This is the reality of life as it is.
