WELCOME TO THE NEW REMOTE TERM

Hello, yes you! In this term, all work will be remote and online as ther is  current crisis presently occuring. Therefore, our goal has changed to become innovative and creative with our projects to reveal something amaizing

To begin, I know that out there you are all living in the age of worries the end days.I am going to look at Art as a source of light. A light to guide you out of the dreadfull thoughts the are unraveling in our heads. In my research on how on how artists have been able to portray their true identity an pick out the light from their imaginative and construtive heads. Firstly I would love to talk about VINCENT VAN GOGH . Here are so few paintings of his works.

The Sower
Vincent van Gogh (1853 - 1890), Arles, November 1888
oil on canvas, 32.5 cm x 40.3 cm

In the past time Van Gogh had always loved flowers. This flowers, were of special interest to him throughout his career. The sower was painted in the autumn by the year (1888). Here it was by this time he worked with PAUL GAUGUIN.
In this painting Van Gogh makes use of colours, which express emotion and passion. He pays attention to the beautiful yellow sun to reveal the idea of the purple grass growing. A light effect to show that things would become better.

Comments

  1. For week 1 of Final Show, you should have looked at a virtual gallery or exhibition and critically discussed this on your blog. Your blog post is an exact copy from your introduction post for Art Portfolio 2. Please make sure you develop your blog post and respond to the self-study task as this is what you will be assessed on this.

An interesting online gallery you perhaps could look at, and discuss is Google Arts & Culture. The website displays a large amount of work from Vincent van Gogh and has several online exhibitions.
